Our story

Hi, I’m a 3x VC-Backed CEO, each with their own shape of exits. I’ve raised millions in VC, established many strategic partnerships and have exited to public and private companies. I’m currently GP at Mines Venture Fund and President, Chief Investment Officer at Legacy Group Capital and have spent 30+ years in the venture capital ecosystem.

I’ve built VC-backed companies while being a husband and a father to three children. It’s hard and it’s complicated. Along the way I’ve learned a few things and have witnessed plenty of carnage. As a VC-backed CEO, I wish I had access to The Steamboat Summit. I didn’t, because it didn’t exist. So, I decided to create it.
